I've seen many New Yorkers come down to our Sheriff sales and just go to town buying up everything since they've never seen property priced so low.

I was always the guy to pick up those homes and land magazines in any new place I went.

Also subscribe to magazines like Forbes, Fortune, Inc, etc in your companys name so your companies data can be cross indexed in their mailing databases.

I'm really curious about this...probably because I'm a professional photographer :) Having seen so many properties online, in newspapers, and free magazines, I have to wonder about the quality (or lack) of the photos of these properties.

I remember when he was an attorney and started the company (I was working as a clerk at the title company he used at the time - like 12 years ago).There's a 3rd guy based in Aurora, IL who's name completely escapes me at the moment.However - none of them incorporate a magazine into it which is a snazzy marketing thing I like about your company.Check them out.
