There is so much free content out there that can teach you about guest services, software, vendor management, and so on.

I was asking if a warranty deed MUST to be prepare by a lawyer or title company, if not, I will try to do it my self.Its amazing the prices that most lawyers charge for forms/services, that 90% of the time paralegals are the ones doing and setting up.

I suggest using a service like Mayistay.

I like the tub (it wasn't cheap, about 12 grand) but there's not great service options where I live and not sure if I would get it again since I mostly have to take care of it.
