Not saying impossible, but certainly not for the timid...I would wager a number of the foreclosures were caused by low or no money down mortgages.

I would wager there is not a single A area in either of those towns, and even B+/B areas would be a stretch for some, depending on your definition of a B area. edit: The manager concluded with saying this "this is why I only stay in Durham/Dover/Newmarket/Portsmouth.
