I had another previous appraisal in the past from this company (Mike Bowden and associates, Spring Texas) there were sq footage inconsistencies as well as other inconsistencies about the subject property. he low balled the appraisal on a refi by apron 50,000 dollars!

Let all wholesalers register, run their backgrounds through FBI NICS database, get some type of MD State registration number in the system that they can show sellers and ensure that no one can commit a crime and disappear in thin air, having stolen funds and properties of the citizens.

A little background though...last spring we finished a long renovation by mid-May and didn't get the house listed on AirBNB and Vrbo until early June, which was much later than we were planning, and we still filled the rest of the weekends for the summer.  

As I am not a spring chicken with my age..there are always concerns about "What happens if I die?"...
