His system is not a get rich quick thing.  

He had some kind of beef with the SEC over some kind of investment deal or something like that, but he is a legit real estate guru and his methods align with how I got started, minus a rich father in law to help finance things.

You have a great shot at compounding rewards, and even if you buy at a bad time, the next purchase, and the one after that, will take advantage of lower prices in a system that can't help but make you rich over time. 

Everyone starts out with zero experience.Like many others, I read "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" then saved up some money and bought a property with zero experience or understanding.

But he will still be a very rich man. 

So far I have already read "Rich dad poor dad" and "The book on rental property investing" by Brandon Turner and I am now looking for my next book.

It's because they are looking for get rich quick, not buy real estate and wait.
