I will not name every program out there because this would be a very large reply post.

I just do not understand the need to add "benefits" to the programs  that are just not real.

SECOND - In the same vein, newbies ask which programs they can use to manage their listing.

There are many loan programs to help out first time homebuyers so don't feel as if this is too ambitious when there are tools to help you out, like use here on the Forum!

@Heather McNicol when you say the program is expensive, can I ask how much the program costs?

If you do not have (2) full years of 1099 you can still get approved for a mortgage using a Non/QM program like a "1 Year 1099" program or Bank statements.

Study the market.
