Spray on an enzymatic neutralizer of your choice (I use natures miracle just make sure it says enzymatic on it), lay plastic down so it soaks into the floor completely and doesn’t just evaporate, then you’re looking at some serious ozonation time.

Between the deficit of plastics coming out of Texas, a decrease in supply from the lumber industry as ppl got laid of during the pandemic, rise in shipping cost, and on top of that.... an increase in remodels from those putting their stimulus checks to work for them.

Unfortunately, back then with recycling, each unit get 3 pails, one each for for regular, paper, plastic and metals, with the unit number on each pail.

Seal the gaps and edges, make sure floor is levelish and free of sharp objects and debris every crawl has collectedAll in for everything, grading and plastic and sealant your looking at 500 bucks or LESS if you do it yourself and have a few tools and few hours of time.
