There is a universe of difference between doing something to make $, and making $ by doing something. 

Kind of out in the middle of nowhere, but my son just started college at Tarelton and we live in CA, so its on my radar now...university has plans for big growth in the next 5-10 years. 

I am one of the very few STR's in a town surrounded by 10+ wedding venues, university, businesses, mass construction, etc.

Although, Tampa is larger with the universities and jobs...

Maybe money is tight, maybe it is the summer and people are feeling more inspired to make the recurring Home Depot runs, or maybe people are taking more initiative to round their skills on Youtube University. 

.:  ....I am very confused about which route to go....Yeah, because what your asking of the universe and BP is the same as saying "I got $10k in pocket and am standing at airport, where should I go????" 

I am currently in business school at the University of Southern California and plan on getting my real estate license once I graduate in May 2025 I am humbled by the experience and wealth of knowledge that is on this platform and I look for forward to getting started with your help 

Also look at Intel headquarters, Ohio State University, Google, FB, Amazon, Nationwide, Honda, etc.

Instead of spreading the "pain" on all, you look to different factors so can effect a smaller universal price increase, and start being more focused on the other price increases to be a burden upon those specific customers that it applies to, better known as a fee schedule.
