Hey BiggerPockets Community,I’ve been investing in co-living real estate since 2020, and over the years, I’ve met countless investors who get their first deal (or maybe their second)… and then stop.They don’t stop because they want to—they stop because they hit a wall.Somewhere between Property #1 and Property #3, investors often find themselves stuck, unable to scale the way they originally envisioned.

I've realized that although idaho is long distance for me, it's still a market I'm familiar with and have lots of community in, unlike other areas like arizona and texas.

It's not like other markets where all info is online and everything is super fast and easy.

Look for your states offer to purchase contract online or contact a realtor to get a blank copy. review the agreement to be sure assignment is not expressly excluded. if there is nothing excluding assignment from the contract then writing the words "/And or Assigns" after the name or company's name on the buyer's line should be sufficient.Good luck!

@Ryan Leake i like that idea as well, we do have some priorities we are working at before we start to see what a new app might look like but we once we get to that point we'll definitely keep the community up to date on announcements.Thanks for the feedback
