The deal has to make sense and you really need to know the comps to make sure your investment is going to actually make money.

If not we wait till the next deal.We have used this strategy to purchase 5 properties, 7 doors, since 2021 so I understand we are still new. 

I figured the PM would definitely be local to the area of the property and would need different PM's for each area, those were just the areas I'd like to invest in.
