Does anyone have experience and want to discuss puting inexpensive prefab/modular homes (not mobile homes) on vacant lots?

Build mobile home on the vacant lot I understand the cost involved for rehab the existing house.  

I look Monday through Friday at Facebook Marketplace, my MLS, KSL.com, and the Mobile Home Park Store. 

VRBO is a very popular go to for that area and its worth the investment.Can always pull cash out of one of those properties because rates just dropped this week making refinances a lot easier on the wallet!
