In three years I dealt with carpenter bees, Japanese knotweed, replacing an arbor, mulching, weeding, mold, mice, new insulation, a broken central air conditioning unit, a car accident in the front yard, more mulching, more snow removal, leaf removal, tree trimming, a shower leak, fridge repairs, landscaping services, etc. 

Upgraded HVAC, replaced some old leaking pipes in kitchen/ baths, minor electrical upgrades, light interior wall/ ceiling patching and additional Cypress and Japanese Maple trees to yard.

I am about to turn 18 and plan to get a early quick start, I’ve been a day trader for roughly 4 years.

Commodity traders have a saying..."

the state diversification is 90% non minority and 10% everything from Black HIspanic Indian Chinese Japanese etc etc.. bad neighbors are just bad neighborhoods.. low income Is low income.. although in the Portland metro area there are no hoods .. probably the lowest crime rate of any major MSA in the country.. 

It's walking distance to a major university, walking distance to downtown, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's etc.

Foreigners don't own any Japanese assets to it would be much harder to create a rush of selling needed to increase velocity and/or inflation.And this is just one difference between Japan and the US.Please don't get me wrong. 

The major issue is that japanese numbers can't call the US so most people here use sprint or facebook messanger to call.
