After been working for years for companiesas house cleaner I decided to open my own, I’m now trying to scale to the Shirt Rental cleaning, I have a few properties but is so hard to contact owners, do you have any recommendations?

There is so much demand for good contractors.

Some of the main reasons I started this journey is so I can eventually take my family on trips to experience different cultures, help less fortunate people, and build generational wealth. 

I would think your first stop would be with your property manager to see what data they can share.One of the reasons for hiring a property manager is so you don't have to deal with all of this stuff.

One of which is that it does require a POS inspection.This is so interesting.

Property is so expensive that if I were to put 20% down here that would be $300,000 for a 1.5M multi family which is what I've been seeing for any decent place in an area I'd want to live.

Going storage only sounds tempting as it is so easy to set up but I feel like having the diversity of both would be a more solid business plan.

There is so much BAD information online about LLC's and real estate investments its disgusting. 

This would be our first investment property, and acquiring it this way is so new to me.
