No - this has to do with the TERRIBLE BP desktop/app interface.

I didn't like Buildium's interface as much so we've been rocking Rentec for years.

I know it's more powerful than that, but that's what I need, it's cost effective, and the fact that the interface is simple enough to easily do my messaging is what makes me like it.As I move into testing the direct booking waters, I'm slowly getting set up on OwnerRez.  

I find the interface to be easy to work with.

Also, the interface is very awkward, and seems to date back to the '80's in terms of design.  

Sounds like you are looking for a "generic" MLS interface.

But you can filter these guys out fairly easily with the feedback system they have.I have built a portfolio of providers over the 10 years i have used them, so I rarely seek new ones.Recently, my only complaint is elance interface.

The host I use has a full web-based interface, and it's really quite simple to use.

I never really have understood the infatuation with FB anyway...the whole interface is very clunky to me.I still like LinkedIn better though...it may be because I understand it better.

They force double opt-in though, which sucks.Very slick interface...
