This is why it's important to get a good deal with built-in equity but also why it's hard these days with rates as high as they are.3) It's very different with and without debt. $150 is pretty tight (for a house) but if you're including recurring capex, I think it's alright these days with rates as high as they are.

However if you have multiple houses most people don't have them all in different LLCs and if you have $50k in equity built up in each of them they are still going to go after your insurance money and whatever equity they can get.
