As a US citizen I have an SSN, file taxes every year on my foreign employment income, hold US-domiciled assets (stocks, IRA, 401k), and I have a ~15 year credit history with a decently high score.

First question: how much cash do you have to invest, and is this separate from your emergency funds? 

Doesn't sound like it would be too difficult to get funded.

If raising all cash would be my primary method for funding these apartment deals, what would be your guys contingency in order from most preferred to least preferred. 

This would allow us to come to the table with less funds out of pocket on the front end when starting construction.Is the best way to complete the transfer of ownership through a traditional sale registered with the county?
