They said they'd accept a 6 month term instead, but they're not being very forthcoming about what their sales record has been (I asked for the last 12 months just to get an idea, but they ignored the question :( ) and I'm getting a not-so-great feeling about working with them....The home is 2-stories, attached garage, 4bd 3ba, 2269 sqft and sits on a corner lot with a huge backyard (lot is approx .13 acres or 5662.8 sqft).

We have about 1/3 to 1/2 of a down saved at the moment, have a 755 Credit score, and are feeling good.

Not sure you really make more money.BRRRR would be interesting if you can find it.Flipping is competitive and brings in cash but not long term wealth.They all are great options, it just depends.

I have studied things and I feel I would only make maybe an extra grand a year and frankly I don't want to squeeze every last time out of people coming for vacation.Most of our guests are regular people.

Within a residence there is a presumed right to privacy and installing cameras by you or your tenants can bring you legal issues.  

Run through some of the features you will need like setting up a property, moving in a tenant, receiving rent payments, and publishing online applications.Pay attention to which platform feels the best to you as you perform these functions.

Not sure if it's because you started with my name but this response makes me feel more safe to share more details.Its an interesting multifamily that was repositioned to be rented out by bedroom with the majority of the rents being paid by nonprofits.
