College isn't for some people but if you're already enrolled see if you can even qualify for a mortgage.

@Edward Adekanbi My two pennies,Go to your local community college and enroll in classes to earn credits toward being able to sit for your state RE license exam.  

If I acquire another property out of state do I have to re-register as a landlord or do I just enroll my new property at that local housing authority & they add it to my "existing account" so to speak.
