I don't do as much leg work as I really should to get business (I own two other businesses in town) but I am out there talking real estate and drumming business up.

Since the other unit had been vacant for a couple of years, he had a drum set and amps and everything set up to jam with his friends.

People can tell when you are passionate about something and when you are just posting info to try to drum up some business for an activity or profession that you have limited interest in.Some nights I am so excited to get up the next day to see who is going to post something or talk about commercial real estate.

Im sure there must be a place near or in ft drum around the watertown area...

Any way, while I'm in these lull periods (waiting on the man who now has my earnest money tied up) I do what I can to drum up any potential no cash deals and that's when I hit it hard on places like Bigger Pockets, to bone up on ideas and methods for getting deals and building my buyers lists.If there is *anyone* from Indiana please shout out.

Guy did sound a little irritated as I drummed up what you have looking for a way around.

I failed back in early 09 as a REI and never looked back till now, and I’ve play drums for 30 years, a musician too. :)

The two youngest are still in grade school so we will see where education is when they reach this age.The main thing we've done is drum into our kids heads that graduating with the least amount of debt is the most desirable outcome and for the most part they are all doing well in that area.
