I would love to learn the ropes of REI, however I feel there is such a disconnect between mentors and people looking to be mentored because the people looking to be mentored always feel they are going to be getting scammed or wasting money, and I'm sure any legit mentor feels that they don't want to waste time possibly mentoring someone who isn't going to benefit them.

All 3 tenants in the unit are on disability and telling me I can't kick them out in winter or basically at all because they are handicapped.I know there is a law that the power company cannot disconnect your heat in winter in Wisconsin but can you end a month to month lease??

They are Section 8, and 100% of their rent is subsidized by the city so I'm at least getting paid, however both the husband and wife have had their cell phones disconnected and are not responding to messages.

You can submit an open records request to the cites water department for a list of properties that have had their water disconnected.

Nor would it make sense for someone to judge all Astronauts based on my claim to be one.I really think the disconnect here is that most of the claims against wholesalers are based off of what you're reading on this site.

I like them because they are impossible to disconnect and I shouldn't need to worry about replacing batteries for a long time.

Something to consider if you did what I did in trialing a bunch of different channel managers is whether one of the other channel managers you connected before is either (a) still connected through the AirBnB API or (b) was set to a specific booking window (3, 6, or 12 months out) and therefor had blocked off days in your AirBnB listing's calendar (which another channel manager would not override).You can test that by disconnecting Smoobu (as you appear to have already done), making the days available in Air directly, then reconnecting to your channel manager with your preferred booking window which should readjust available days).Hope this helps and good that you are seeing challenges in a vendor's support plan now versus later on when things get even busier and you are back against the wall. 

Some tenants already have one and will disconnect yours anyway.
