I just call things as I see/think em, why hide and beat around the bush right. 

We tore the toilet out, put a sanitary cover over the hole, took off a shower head, tore off the shower door, put both the toilet and shower head on the shower floor, placed an upside down box on top of both hiding them, randomly put the shower door in another room in the house, threw a bunch of other boxes and crap in there (it may have included boxed "first night in new home toiletries and celebratory whiskey"...), and I suggested that the agent use the term "storage closet" as he opened the door for the appraiser. 

Those property management company tend to hide somewhere and reluctant to release those documents and HOA's financials to potential buyers.Have anyone had a similar experience?

Besides, what else is this home owner hiding? 

Harder for people to be fakes when they can't hide behind a computer.  

Some see it as a con as you have to disclose, but I'm not trying to hide anything anyway. 

How about they let the common man worker hide his income so he can invest it in real estate?
