Hey master minds, need help setting up my Quickbooks Charter of account.

I started work on development and I had lots re-plated for PUD, HOA approved  and Charter completed. 

A big chartered bank will hate you for making that transfer.

Hmmm... turnkey rental properties purchased at full retail value, with 100% leverage, at the peak of the market cycle, owned remotely, under management, with no value add or upside other than potential natural appreciation, with accelerated depreciation, very little budgeted to fix anything or in case anything goes wrong... expected to somehow spin off enough profit to provide a guranteed percentage return to investors whose money is held in "savings accounts" with no bank charter or FDIC insurance, and only backed (partially) by personal funds...

I have been a senior loan officer, owner operator of a mortgage broker shop, and currently Branch Manager of a federally chartered bank.

If you want to know how many are available - I’d contact the person listing them and see what the true amount of vacancies there are...That county has horrible public schools but there are charter schools available in the area (paid by the state) so many residents aren’t as concerned about zoning if they have access to a good charter school

Talk to an American C.P.A. that does cross-boarder taxes or your local Chartered Accountant. 

We are concerned that putting all three of us on the charter will reduce our borrowing potential with lenders. 

I think we had the right to do what ever investigating on the borrower we wanted NOW this is HML not state or federal charter bank etc.

I know a few hosts that do this but I don't think they have the appropriate insurance coverage.If you are offering boat rentals in conjunction with your home, are you simply using a large umbrella insurance policy, commercial charter insurance, ect?
