Title companies can work one up in one business day max.

They hold the money for like 7 business days and it's just all sort of a hassle.

standard purchase and sale agreements have due diligence periods for inspections these are traditionally 10 business days.. after that your deposit goes hard.  

Having 40 door knobs now is a challenge, I can't even comprehend 300 annual inspections...that's more than one a day considering there are 200 business days in a year.

To 10 business days; can finance the rehab.

We require a Security Deposit within 2 business days from approval...I will not leave a unit "in limbo" and off market without funds.

I personally went with Discover, quick application and approval and funds in my bank account within about 2 business days!

Take no execuses/sob stories, if after moving in, they are late or can't pay, send eviction notices/start the eviction proceedings 3-5 business days (whatever terms/days stipulated in contract..check with your state).
