Housing costs and rents are through the roof while incomes have mostly remained stagnant.

To avoid actually collecting money every week the lease agreement stated that the term was week to week, but if you paid in advance for 4 weeks worth of rent on the 1st of the month, you would receive the remaining days of the month at the discounted rate of being free. 

So the goal is to sell the property but remain as a tenant. 

There were other issues regarding unreported criminal matters that were piled on so they could revoke any remaining agents license.

Determine local/state laws regarding wholesaling and determine if (1) you need to be licensed in the jurisdiction you’re considering and (2) if you’ll be able to operate profitably while remaining legally compliant2.

Also, looking at the bigger picture, if this remains contentious, good luck getting him to come back to address any warrantable repairs etc.

However, starting from Dec 2018, ABC Baltimore stopped paying us rental guarantees and the house remained unfinished without required city permits to rent the house.
