Many times, if your gut has already led you to a point where you're considering doing something, the downside is less than you might originally anticipate.

I do think it may lead to more unrepresented buyers, but once the same problems start happening that led to buyer broker agency, they'll figure out a way to make it work.

Additionally, they decided to take a vacation at a critical juncture - the week of closing, without notice or planning - rendering them unreachable and leaving me in a difficult position.This experience has led me to question whether I need to stick with an attorney in the state where I'm purchasing property.
