People are tired of government removing property rights and coddling criminals.

There are many strategies for off market...Searching public records for preforeclosure defendants, evictions (plaintiff may be tired landlord), etc can be a good source.Driving for deals is time intensive, but tried-and-true.

Sometimes it's ok to be a sole proprietor this is a very tired subject on BP. 

I’m not concerned with a cover that would support a vehicle since any vehicle would not get close enough for a tire to fall through.

What I find is that older “tired landlord” sellers see the benefit of owner financing.  

What I question is the sanity of those who want to jump in, but after years of tire kicking, never take that first step.
