I wish I would have seen this earlier but as Yezenia said better late than never. 1st generation here.

They were but the headaches were not worth it, I sold almost all my properties there and wish I would have spent that money in Chicago. 

I wish I had known this was possible 20 years ago, but learned of it when I joined the industry 11 years ago.

For the most Service has been responsive, they're adding more functionality, though wish I could track maintenance/repair requests and service fees for rent, but the cash management is what's keeping me here for now.
