The revenue will be based on MTR demand drivers (corporate HQ, construction, universities, hospitals, military, temporary housing, vacation) rather than a 1.5x multiple of LTR.

But late last notice a broker said they found a smaller company willing to insure me, so it looks like I have found at least a temporary solution.
