Personally I dont think it will be that stressful since the home is sold and any delays and problems hopefully will be like the ones (on a lessor level of course) but the same problem one incurs during a flip, I can handle those type of problems well"Your main problem is you suffer from an extreme case of "you don't know what you don't know".

However I can't bring myself to have to pay all the capital gains taxes.Also I wouldn't want to need to pay back the HELOC and suffer a capital gains tax payment.Any advice?
