I challenge us to consider our root motivations for investing.   

Ownership: The company is the owner and manager.The TrendsMore so than a ‘fad’, ‘trend’, ‘hip’, Coliving surge has it’s roots firmly planted in housing prices, stock, and a massive cultural shift underpinned by technology.

Has only failed me one time and rented a big machine and cut the root(big) out,  Hasnt reoccurred yet.If you have stuff to get out you can wrap the end with some barb wire,

B units should demand FMR and if you're not keeping up, then the c/c does decline - - simple solution - - raise rents.Don't assume that taxes are the root cause of the c/c issue - - scrutinize the expense and see what's driving down the NOI. 

I parged the walls but it didn't eliminate the leaking, but being a low profile root cellar type basement with antiquated french drainage it suffices for now.Thankfully the front area (30x15) of the basement was built as a 'bomb shelter' so the solid poured cement walls & ceiling do not leak or bow & definitely supports the rest of the building.

First clean surfaces with soap and water (mop).

Also, having had the good fortune to have inherited not the best teeth, I have had no less than 3 root canals.
