Girls generally tend to care more about the condition of the place they’re living in, but they also tend to take better care of the unit and keep it cleaner.

But I'm shooting for girls' trips/couples get away and it's centrally located so I hope that's a draw.

You have to send letters, go talk to the owners, call them and put your neck out there.I'm speaking from knowledge I've gained from the book so take my advice with a grain of salt.Also there was just a post on here where a girl did a letter campaign and got a stunning amount of responses.

My problem with Kurt Kellys business "Mobile home insurance" is that the girl who was the agent didnt really seem to know much about them, or even what policies I should use or which homes based on value wouldnt be a good idea to get insurance on.
