KevinI tried his stuff but no resultsThe wholesaling stuff and the concept  makes more sense than the lease option stuffIn my experience most sellers dont understand lease options,so the problem ,I find  is ,you cant sell something to someone who doesnt  understand what you're offering them,even after you carefully explain how the process works.People are fearful of things they dont understandMany people claim great success with lease options but I have met many investors and attended many REI club meetings ,trainings and workshops and Ive not met one person who could show me a lease option deal they did or for that matter declared that they have done a lease option.

Thanks, Gail K. after hearing the CDC list Cats as probable spreaders to the 40 million people now infected with the Toxoplasmosis parasite. and knowing it can cause Schizophrenia and brain infections if left untreated just do not want someone with violent Rage Disorders living in our Apartments thinks I'll go through the motions in court to declare the Building Allergen free even if I lost a couple of months rent. then will not have to find plumbers or electricians not allergic to cats. https://www.cdc.gov/parasites/...
