To be honest, I met someone today who bought a house around edmonson and turns out house has been doing pretty good even though area is questionable.Although, this house is in a new community, it was still interesting to hear the data with nurses.

This may sound like you are creating a hurtle for yourself, but in the end honesty is always appreciated and allows for a much smoother transaction. - My advice though is to make sure your numbers are tight and make sure you can successfully dispo the deal!

To be honest, I really don't know much about this; I thought note investing was just purchasing a note, doing your due diligence, finding a servicing company, and collecting the payments, with the hopes that the borrower doesn't stop paying.

To be honest, I could probably lower down expected repair rates as well, and I'm not too sure about the rates with MFH insurance here.
