The majority of the inquiries did not respond when I replied to their inquiry, most did not ask any questions so I would just offer to show it to them at X time and include our rental reqs.The house is renovated - there is laminate flooring thorough out, granite countertops, nice new paint.

I have no problems getting applicants however my properties in this range have hardwood floors, carpet , two and three car garages, high-end appliances, and granite countertops.

If the counter tops are Formica instead of granite, put in new Formica, it's the "new" part that is a sufficient upgrade.

We only file a claim if our place burns down (knock on wood it hasn't happened yet) and I've had copper pipes stolen, tenant decided to spray paint granite counter tops and ceiling fans because he didn't like the color and we had to replace.
