After reading this book, I now know that the Baby Boomer Generation is now starting to retire and they are being federally mandated to withdraw money from their 401(k)s, whether they want to or not.

As far as creative financing - if you haven't checked out @Brandon Turner 's new book, I encourage you to check it out. 

I'm currently reading "how I turned 1000 into a million in RE" by William Nickerson and between this post and that book I know that to be a great path.  

Excellent book I would recommend to anyone interested in real estate.  

I think Matt Latimer's Book is only an early bird in a slew of books about the past administration.
