Yes, the PMI is more expensive, but it's no longer absurdly more expensive than your average conventional PMI, the difference isn't all that much.

The other scenarios I see have me renting it out for 800, which is absurdly low, and I would only be paying 350 dollars a month for housing not counting taxes etc.
