That agent is not serving the seller well by responding to any potential buyer in that fashion, even if you offered $80K.

In Oregon you have them that will do it for 500 bucks or so.. puts you on MLS.. with pics etc.. fact is in hot markets rare is the double ended deal.. so the real trick is getting it on MLS... which in most markets you really need if your actually going to sell the house in a timely fashion.

I can say this: 1. you will ALWAYS need your own money in some fashion  2.

You can do many loans with local banks in this fashion

I guess I'm old fashioned and prefer to build wealth through the cash flow model which rentals offer.

I have been buying, renovating and selling properties in Houston in some form or fashion for over 12years, even before it was considered "sexy".

Find a deal and usually you can find someone willing to back it in some fashion.

I think in these circumstances such items will be quite suitable to new fashion.

That might just be good old fashioned rental properties with property management.
