We have money to put down, our credit is solid and we have a trust worthy and hard working relator (currently in the process of getting my RE lic) who is helping us.

That being said...If you have no capital...by all means, learn to wholesale but meet some contractors that are trustworthy along the way so you can start learning what your Buyers are seeing.  

It's up to you to do your due diligence and find these trustworthy companies.

I believe he's trustworthy, meticulous, dependable, and most importantly...self-sufficient.  

Just my way of seeing their character and determining if they are trustworthy or serious buyers.

I am comfortable with the person's character and background and consider them trustworthy. 

My ability to leverage my time investment on deals through partnering with high caliber, trustworthy individuals has increased my income more than any other single factor.  

I now manage my own properties and have trustworthy employee.

However, I need to have multiple, trustworthy individuals as boots on the ground to support any in person activities or in case things go south.Any more recommendations you have would be greatly appreciated.
