Bill Gulley BP CHAT
26 January 2010 | 64 replies
i'm with scott. i was able to sign in and observe. it may be my own fault, but i was expecting a greater amount of interaction between members. perhaps if it was going to be used for a roleplay, maybe a youtube video or recording would have been more suitable (and dar easier to follow). i was often confused when the roleplay was going and when it wasnt. i think scott had some valid questions that werent addressed. i signed off before the q&a session at the end so i cannot comment on that. perhaps that section would have been better for scotts questions, but i can understand his frustration on not waiting around. i certainly look forward to getting chats going more often. i appreciate bill and will taking time out of their day (on football sunday) to educate. in time, i think the chat will be more polished for everyone.
Rudy Manna Refinance Hard Money Loan
21 December 2016 | 28 replies
Hi Rudy,You don't need 6 months, Rate term refi only requires 1 day on title after you fund the hard money loan however like I mentioned above it may not be realistic to do a rate and term refinance right away depending on the condition of the property, it may or may not require a rehab to be in a shape suitable for a refinance. With regards to 5% LTV difference, you just need to multiply 5% by the after repair value to determine how much this 5% gap is.
