I'm soaking in as much info as I can right now and I'm in the research phase - trying not to become obsessed with it, but it's all I'm spending my free time doing right now. 

Bunch of folks varying from experience levels and a beginner like myself was trying to soak up as much as I can.

I'll be sure to follow along to this thread to soak up as much advice as I can.

thank you for your comment, we absolutely are soaking up a lot of information and feel like its almost better to jump in with one strategy so we don't have shiny object syndrome.

My mind is a sponge so I am soaking it all in.  

I've been listening to the podcast, bought some books and I'm really trying to soak up as much knowledge as possible, I have also linked up with a realtor in MS who has given me a lot of knowledge.

At this point I'm trying to soak in as much as I can about the Winchester/FR markets and rental conditions and in the next week or so want to drive out there and look around with my own eyes.
