I've also seen big interest and movement to Killeen and I like Justins' approach to the 18 units.

In most of the country, that's not the case at all and prices have had a lot of movement. 

As such, in this newbies opinion, the Fort Walton Beach, Shalimar, Destin, Crestview (et.al.) areas of the Florida Panhandle are all excellent buy-and-hold investment opportunities due to the very large movement of military personnel (both large and small families) in and out of the area while they serve at one of the many large military installations; i.e.

The thing that separates the successful and the perpetually dream-filled is the ability to take consistent action, especially when they don't want to, and finish. 

I have been absolutely stunned with the ability to increase rent on all those buildings.I'm not suggesting that area, but if you could find one that has aggressive growth, movement of businesses to the area, and other criteria that have been mentioned often here on bigger pockets, I think you could be successful in a very few number of years.Good luck.Rich Weese

If she see's it from that point of view, she may become one of your biggest supporters because you're doing it to help her and keep her safe.Personally, I don't think I'd like someone recording my movements as well as  everyone that comes in or out of my home.
