By then, the tenant moved to Florida.The better thing to do is pay it first and go after the tenant.Finally, in my dad's case, where he was constantly getting tickets for comingling garbage, due to passersby, as at time he's in his 80's and disabled, my brother would come by once a week, grab whatever garbage he had bring it to Jersey where he lives and have it picked up there.

@Patrick C. this emotional support stuff is getting crazy, but there are a few things you can do;If not readily visible, you can ask what service does your animal provide for your disability, and the certificate must be from a person that is currently a patient of that person.

Elio L.angry callers are the least of your worries, its the old man whos on disability that has nothing but time to file a lawsuit for predatory sales tactics...Short sales leads are sensitive people as they should be...Just be careful what you put in the letter, don't tell them you want to help them, don't give them legal advice, if your looking to buy their property make sure that's all you tell them..
