I have learned this over the years that you must have a criteria set up so and concentrate only on that and you will successes.Other than multifamily, I am interested in Hotel / Motel business.

I'm concentrating on learning the wholesale business and I'm hoping to learn a lot from this group.  

When you look at plans in sections, you will find some key areas where costs are concentrated.

Any thoughts or suggestions on which of the above places to concentrate on in terms of rentability, ROI etc...

We were at CSU's undergradd business school together concentrating on accounting.

@Jeff Garrett   By all means, concentrate on inside the Loop if you would like to buy properties where there is no hope of seeing any cash flow.

I'm looking as far west as Worcester, but have a more focused concentration on Plymouth, Bristol, Worcester, Norfolk and Suffolk counties.Paul, thank you for passing along that link.

The downside from MY point of view is I would rather concentrate on finding the next deal and getting it under contract, not spending time selling a finished project.

I live in the SW so a bigger portion of my portfolio is concentrated there for easier PM purposes.

Having the personal touch showing CONCENTRATION and FOCUS on their property is key.
