hello everyone.derrick here just checking to see if anyone could recommend the most inexpensive roll off container company in metro Atlanta-servicing clayton county (southside of atl)

I started listening Brandon’s podcast, webinar, and watching his videos, which are all very educational and constructive (watched also Cardone, Clayton Morris).My 23 year old son who is finalizing his masters in cyber security, has also developed a strong interest and is very enthusiastic about this opportunity for growth.My husband and I are still working (W2) and we have our primary house on Long Island N Y. and a rental vacation property in Florida.

As the niche got more profitable and popular, a ton of not-so-scrupulous 'providers' popped up all over the country (see any thread re: Morris Invest for how that story often goes).

I see you want to house hack so your best bets will be Concord, Pleasant Hill or Clayton there's still inventory within reach.

@Bronagh Gaffney I can't speak to the guru courses directly, but if you want an example of a prominent personality who seems to have no compunction about screwing people HARD, take a look at Clayton Morris, former weekend host of Fox & Friends - the morning news/commentary show on Fox News.He had a prominent position on a national TV show and always had a very likeable personality on TV and parlayed both to launch Morris Invest - a turnkey investing company.  

Even the legit non Morris TK buyers.Newbies who have made money since 2015 in d-f class.
