The Choctaw casino is on track to be completed in December, which is a huge positive for the area.

(In reality if you show up to the county treasurer with money they will take it)

But the real deal was the Graton tribe bought the 230 acres across from us in a land assemblage took 15 years wrangling with the state and ended up building the largest Casino in Northern Ca right across the street from us  :)  and the City brought us into the city limits and up zoned us.. 

Go to your local casino and put it on black.

I suggest checking with the county treasurer of the county you are looking to buy liens in. 

But then again maybe they are making $100K but have child support/ student loans or a really expensive hobby (gambling at the Horseshoe Casino) that they love more than where they live.
