Just for future reference, don't directly ask people if they can be your mentor- it kind of comes off just as if you walked up to a random girl and asked her to be your girlfriend.

I am sure to never complain about the time/stress/problems or any negative aspect of the business (that's what girl-friends and my mom are for).

This time a girl rented my extra bedroom on airbnb, she stayed a month, then asked to rent it for $850 per month while she looks for a job and a new apartment.

I believe my new tenant who lived in master bedroom has clog the toilet but other girls insisted on previous tenant did it as the plumber unable to tell how long or which 3rd floor bedrooms has cause the leak. 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms and 1 master bedroom.
