I'm more focused on 2-4 unit properties but I'd be more than happy to chat with you and see if I couldn't partner you up with a couple colleague investors in the area who DO tackle larger MF properties.

We've learned a lot along the way, but never tackled anything we weren't prepared to manage at that point of our journey, which helped control the time and stress.

If they move out the last day of Oct, I will ideally have a new tenant ready to move in on 11/1, but that would not allow me any time to tackle these items?
