I suggest you change the locks, give her keys, and have her buy some security cameras that she monitors through her phone.

@Brandon Alexander You can do some of that today on properties you own with internet monitoring(alarm) systems and cameras.

Cameras and police are ok ideas but remember he’s got all day to  damage stuff around your property. 

Also I cant figure out how to get a camera etc on my computer to do pod casts  Scott and I were going to do one this summer I flew to Colorado to do it since I could not set it up at home unfortunately Dave Meyers schedule did not jive when I was at BP world headquarters..

You could be below market to the "average" unit in the zip code but if you're in the glide path of the airport with jets are taking off every 5 minutes, the Taco Bell parking lot lights shine right in the windows, freeway exit is two houses away, a busy fire station is nearby with sirens all night long, etc then the price may still be too high.Are there any safety issues that could be helped with lights, cameras, etc?
