Adam Jordan Probate results!

You need to get your volumes WAY up to play probates.Probates are a bit better than just mailing to owner occupants, but we've found that they are expensive to market to (plus you need to be SUPER sensitive in the communications with them), and this prospect pool is not as productive for us as - for example - absentee owners.Everyone thinks probates are great and they are, but they are not easy or cheap to develop as prospects.

Elio L.angry callers are the least of your worries, its the old man whos on disability that has nothing but time to file a lawsuit for predatory sales tactics...Short sales leads are sensitive people as they should be...Just be careful what you put in the letter, don't tell them you want to help them, don't give them legal advice, if your looking to buy their property make sure that's all you tell them..

We are very sensitive at living a full life and valuing time with our kids, etc. so I think I'd rather go big, get there and decide it's bigger than we need than go small, not really get there and have to have my husband go back to flying and missing his kids grow up.Oh, and the other big oh, is I REALLY love flipping real estate.

Kathy Argento YELLOW LETTER-LICENSED REALTOR QUESTION
19 November 2015 | 18 replies
We all know those agents that can be overly sensitive in thinking that you're attempting to solicit their listing, even though your INTENT is to potentially buy (not list) the property.
Tzvi Rosner Subject-to deals

How successful you might be has alot to do with your knowledge in establishing trust with a seller, if they see you as the solution to a problem Michael's approach can work (not knowing his approach, but from his comment) and personality, professionalism and your track record will have a bearing on making a deal successful with any sub-2.In most deals, you'll be putting money down, if you're less motivated sellers, the normal deals, and putting in safeguards discussed here on BP can help swing a seller to your thinking.

It's simply that many in the business aren't aware of the role real estate plays in our economic system, the social impact, the protection of the public, that equity is usually the highest financial value many families have and why it is safeguarded as it is.
