Every night postcards are mailed out the next day to keep my pipeline full.

If so who and post cards, flyers or letters?

I know a fellow they tracked down where he lived some how... so i quite it and mainly do post card mailling and get pretty good responce from that

I love the "we'll send you a copy of your deed for $88" postcards that basically disclaim right on there "you do not have to pay us $88 to get your deed, you can get it from the county courthouse" and people still send them $88. 

The bigger one's that I do know like and Altura in Orlando were I probably bought close to 10 million dollars worth of deals from them.. they know me I know them.and as a cash buyer you can imagine the amount of direct mail I get .. and phone calls etc.. most of it generic and exactly like the last guys post card simply because that's what they are taught the few times I acutally called them..

I'm at the very beginning stages right now; cold calling and sending out post cards. 

@Victor Miller - we alternate what we send - professional business letter with logo > postcard > "handwritten" letter, etc. 2000 - 3000 pcs / week.

I get 8-10 postcards/letters/phonecalls per week, asking me if I want to sell.

There was one in here earlier today asking if it was OK to forge a proof of funds.They piss everyone off with incessant postcards, bandit signs and SMS spamAbout 80% of them need to take advantage of unsophisticated sellers and/or outright lie about being "cash buyers" for their business model to work.90% of them have no idea what they are doing

I'm turning it up to 450 postcards this next week for distressed houses and continue to follow up on them.
